QTA Individual membership dues:

Provides you with full membership benefits for Individual Members ,
Is an annual fee for a 12 month period. For example, if you join in March, 2012, your membership expires March 31, 2013.
Individual membership is an annual membership dues of $99.00.

Joining QTA is simple and fast. Complete the below Application Form. Paypal is simple and easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account; it is simple and easy to use. Payment is due net 10 from the date that QTA invoices you for your membership.

QTA reserves the right to verify your membership qualifications before processing your membership application.
